Join Fitness & Fun to get energized and active! Within these classes we will explore the many different ways to move your body through stretching, aerobics and cardio, seated chair workouts, upper body and lower body focused exercises, and more. All fitness levels welcome!
This program runs via Zoom web conference on the second and fourth Thursday of every month from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Call in information will be given upon registration.
