Adaptive Dance instructor, Tiffany Tjosvold, will be leading a zoom-based, high energy, seated dance class for participants ages 19 and up. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. This class is designed for yogis of all levels. Instruction is delivered in Mandarin and Cantonese and is highly descriptive to accommodate participants with sight loss. No experience required. The instructor will provide modifications so don't hesitate to ask.
