In this weekly 9-session virtual workshop, we will explore 9 different soft skills. We will talk about why soft skills are important, how they relate to essential skills, what it takes to improve your soft skills and some problem-solving strategies for use in the home or the work place. You’ll get the opportunity share your experiences and review your own soft skills. This program focuses on skills such as motivation, attitude, accountability, presentation, team work, and more!

This group for photographers who have sight loss, comes together monthly to share their passion and recent photographs. Join in for camaraderie and tips for capturing expressive images! This class is designed for all level yogis. Relaxed pace to release anxiety and calm the body. Students will be guided into meditation, breathing techniques, yoga poses and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a big towel and an open mind to learn something new for the new year!  Suitable for those with glaucoma, high blood pressure and insomnia.
