A support group for blind/partially sighted parents. Child rearing from infancy to adulthood is discussed. Blind mothers and fathers can share and explore best practices, challenged, triumphs, tips, and stories amongst peers in a supportive environment.
This group is for participants experiencing the challenges of parenting and living with sight loss or are co-parenting with someone who has sight loss. Join the chats about raising kids, share in the joys of success and support one another with advice and encouragement.
Parenting With Sight Loss meets on Zoom on the second Wednesday of the month from 7 to 8 p.m. Eastern Time and the last Saturday of the month from 2 to 3 p.m. Zoom information will be shared after registering.
